By purchasing a product you are agreeing to the following. Once your order has been placed and paid for there is a 4-6 week turnaround time (unless specifically provided). The date payment is received the turnaround time starts. You may not make any changes to your order once submitted/paid. Due to product customization we do not accept returns or exchanges. We strive to produce high quality products. All items are handmade and subject to small imperfections. If we made an error in spelling or punctuation the buyer will return the item and we will happily make the corrections at no cost to the buyer.
